Privacy Policy

This policy covers tastytech.com, operated by AK Internet Consulting, Inc. (“we,” “us”), Clarksville, MD. The short version: we collect almost nothing, and we sell exactly nothing.

What we collect

Email address. If you subscribe to the weekly menu, we store the email address you give us and the time you gave it. That’s the entire record. We use it to send you the menu and nothing else.

Purchase information. If you buy a Stack, payment is handled entirely by Stripe. We never see or store your card number. Stripe shares with us your email address and the fact of your purchase so we can provide what you bought. Stripe’s own privacy policy is at stripe.com/privacy.

Server logs. Like every website, our hosting infrastructure keeps standard technical logs (IP address, browser type, pages requested) for security and debugging. These rotate out on a routine schedule.

What we don’t do

We don’t run third-party analytics or advertising scripts. We don’t use tracking pixels. We don’t sell, rent, or trade your email address to anyone, for any price, ever.

Affiliate links

Order links on the free weekly menu and inside the paid Stacks may go to Amazon and carry our Amazon Associates tag, so Amazon knows the visit came from us and pays us a small commission on qualifying purchases. The tag doesn’t change what you pay. Amazon reports what was ordered, never who ordered it — we don’t receive your name, address, or anything else about you. Once you’re on Amazon, Amazon’s own privacy policy applies. Every pick also links to the maker’s own page, tag-free, if you’d rather order direct.

Your choices

Every email we send includes an unsubscribe link, and unsubscribing works immediately. If you’d like your email address deleted from our records entirely — subscriber list, purchase records where the law allows — write to hello@tastytech.com and we’ll take care of it within 30 days.

Children

Tasty Tech is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from them.

Changes

If this policy changes in a way that matters, we’ll say so plainly in the weekly email and update the date at the top of this page. We won’t bury it.
